My YOGA by Bean classes are based on hatha flow with a strong emphasis on the breath and healthy body alignment. The focus is on developing inner health as well as physical strength and flexibility. Classes are mixed level, so no previous experience of yoga is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome. Cost £20 per class.
Hot Yoga is where the studio is warmed to around 35 degrees using under-floor heating and infra-red panels. Infra-red heats the body rather than the air, which has a detoxifying effect and helps to wake up muscles and calm the mind. Classes work through a set sequence, using alignment based yoga which cultivates balance, strength and flexibility. This is a mixed level class. Cost £20 per class.
Hatha Flow/YOGA Nidra is an accessible form of meditation, designed for modern day living. This practise will help you reconnect to your inner self and find a place of calm and deep restfulness. Classes combine restorative and Hatha yoga techniques and are suitable for beginners through to more advanced practitioners. Cost £20 per class.
